This space is rooted in the everyday use of plants, food, and warmth as forms of care.
Here, herbal remedies are not prescriptions or promises. They are practices – teas made slowly, broths simmered with intention, kitchen rituals shaped by season, place and what the body asks for over time.
I come to this work through lived experience: years in commercial kitchens, study with home cooks and healers, and an herbalist apprenticeship rooted in traditional food-forward plant knowledge. What I share here is gentle, accessible, and grounded in respect for both people and plants.
Seasonal wellness, for me, is less about optimisation and more about attention. Noticing shifts in weather, energy, appetite, and need, responding with care.
